Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to ensure it effectively supports IT Service Management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platformDevelop and implement platform enhancementsConfigure and manage Service Catalogue items and Request ItemsSupport ITSM processes including Change, Configuration, Event,
