This is an ideal opportunity for a leading hand, supervisor, or experienced electrician ready to take the next step into a structured management role.
You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated manufacturing area, ensuring all electrical assemblies are completed to the highest quality standards while leading and developing your team.Key responsibilitiesManaging the quality of switchboard builds, ensuring work is completed with minimal errorsReviewing and signing off QA documentation, including test sheets and final inspectionsEnsuring all products meet compliance requirements before dispatchSupervising completion of route cards and production documentationLeading daily workshop activities, coordinating labour,
