We're working with a well established residential builder seeking a qualified carpenter to join their team, with a clear pathway into a Site Supervisor role within the volume homes space.You'll gain exposure across all areas of the business, learning how each department operates while being mentored by highly experienced industry professionals.This role will be office based, Monday - Friday, providing a strong foundation before progressing into site further down the line.About The RoleWorking under the maintenance manager, you will assess and document maintenance and warranty issues for residential homesPrepare reports and communicate findings to clients, trades, and internal teamsLiaise with subcontractors and coordinate repair or maintenanceSkills requiredCert III in Carpentry is ESSENTIALCert IV beneficialExcellent communication skillsWilling to progress in the industry with a genuine interest in residential constructionThis is an excellent prospect for someone who is starting their career in construction after completing their apprenticeship.
