As Executive Assistant to the CIO, you'll provide high-level executive support while also contributing to the effective operation of our Executive Operations function.
You'll partner closely with the CIO to manage priorities, anticipate needs and keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly, while supporting the Executive Operations team with coordination, planning and delivery of key activities across the executive office.Reporting to the Executive Operations Manager and working within a collaborative, team-based Exec Ops model, you'll seamlessly manage complex calendars, communications and day-to-day business activities while building strong relationships across the organisation.You'll thrive in a fast-paced setting, using sound judgement, initiative and adaptability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and support your executive.How You Will ContributePartner closely with your executive, anticipating needs so they can stay focused on strategic prioritiesManage a complex, high-volume calendar - prioritising against business needs, minimising conflicts and protecting time for what mattersPrepare, review and refine executive presentations, reports and papers, including risk, governance and Board submissionsCoordinate leadership meetings end to end: agendas, materials, logistics, minutes, actions and follow-throughSupport strategic initiatives, research and special projects – preparing briefing materials so your executive is well preparedTrack key projects and deliverables across the portfolio, keeping deadlines and commitments visibleAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising incoming requests and resolving or redirecting themCoordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, expenses and credit card reconciliationsContribute actively to EA meetings and initiatives,



working collaboratively with EAs across the business and providing backup support as neededHandle highly confidential information – supplier commercials, governance matters and organisational change – with complete discretionSupport function-wide engagement activities including huddles, offsites and team events, delivered within budgetWhat You Will BringProven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or ELT executives in a fast-paced, complex organisationStrong background in complex calendar and travel management, executive-level communication and meeting coordinationConfident with systems and digital tools, and quick to adopt new ways of workingExperience supporting governance, risk or Board-level documentation (highly regarded)Advanced Microsoft 365 skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and OneDriveExceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, time management and problem solvingThe ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior leaders and across diverse stakeholder groupsAdaptability and resilience – managing competing priorities and changing deadlines without losing accuracyComplete integrity in managing confidential informationA genuine partnership mentality, and a collaborative approach to working as part of a function rather than in isolationWhat We OfferBi-annual product allowance, access to sample sales and 40% discount for you and your immediate family across all CRG brandsFlex your leave your way, including birthday leave, volunteer leave,
