Property Maintenance & Logistics Manager (Full Time)Property Maintenance & Logistics Manager (Full Time)Immediate Start – Mount Nathan, Gold CoastLatitude Designs is looking for a reliable, hands-on Property & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our residential materials warehouse, company equipment and private estate.This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and likes keeping everything organised, maintained and running efficiently.No two days are the same.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for managing our residential materials warehouse, receiving deliveries, operating forklifts, maintaining equipment and ensuring our 12-acre property is always presented to a high standard.This is not a desk job.You'll be trusted to work independently, identify what needs doing and take ownership of your responsibilities without constant supervision.Your responsibilities will include:Warehouse & LogisticsReceive and unload deliveries and shipping containers (Monthly)Organise warehouse racking and storageMaintain stock control and inventory systemsPrepare materials for construction sitesLoad company vehicles and trailers when requiredKeep the warehouse clean,
