This is a rewarding opportunity to lead high-quality educational programs within a well-established and collaborative early years team.
You will play a key role in shaping children's learning and development, mentoring educators, and fostering strong partnerships with families to ensure every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.Working within a large integrated service, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the early years journey while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in education and care.As an Early Childhood Teacher, your responsibilities will include:Leading the development, implementation and evaluation of engaging, play-based learning programsWorking in accordance with the National Quality Framework,



Child Safe Standards and approved learning frameworksSupporting and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality educational practiceObserving, documenting and assessing children's learning and development to inform planning and individual learning goalsBuilding positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleaguesContributing to reflective practice, service improvement and a culture of professional learningCreating inclusive learning environments that support children's wellbeing, belonging and developmentAbout YouApproved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised under the Education and Care National Law Act **** and Education and Care Services National RegulationsCurrent Victorian Institute of Teaching (Early Childhood) registrationStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards and approved learning frameworksDemonstrated experience delivering high-quality educational programs and guiding educator practiceAbility to build and maintain solid professional relationships with children, families, colleagues and the broader communityExcellent communication, organisational and reflective practice skillsCurrent (or willingness to obtain) First Aid Level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management qualificationsWhy Join Us?
