including one or more of:Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsDynamics 365 Business CentralPower PlatformSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft 365Experience configuring or implementing Microsoft Copilot capabilities and/or Copilot Studio.Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including:Large Language Models (LLMs)Prompt engineeringAI agentsRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)AI governance and riskAbility to bridge business and technical conversations.Solid workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.DesirableExperience with Microsoft AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio).
