This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume convenience store, build a robust team and drive performance across sales, customer service and operations.Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will have the freedom to lead your store like your own business while being rewarded for the results you achieve.What You Will DoTake full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy convenience storeLead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiencesDrive sales, control wages and maximise store profitabilityManage inventory, stock control, ordering and merchandising standardsEnsure compliance across food safety, safety and operational proceduresRecruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing cultureAnalyse reports and implement action plans to improve store resultsCreate a positive,



accountable and customer-focused team environmentWhat You Will BringProven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step upStrong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, wages and sales performanceA hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountableConfidence managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environmentExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demandsExperience within convenience, fuel, supermarket, quick service or high-volume retail will be highly regardedWhat's in it for You!
