As a Project manager you will be responsible for the daily and overall affairs of the projects assigned to you.
You will be expected to:
Manage internal and external communication for these projects
Proactively bring your knowledge on waterproofing and tiling up to a high level that would be required for your day to day communication with builders and staff.
Prepare QA reports on these projects
Prepare weekly progress reports
Ensure that the projects run on time, within budget and to a high standard as far as quality is concerned.
Be proactive in your communications with builders, site staff and senior management.
Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Check scope of works at the start of each project to have a good understanding as to what is in the contract and what would be a variation.




Have a thorough understanding of the products you're working with.
Where not experienced in them, you'd be expected to be proactive to gain knowledge on these products/systems and their tolerances.
Pay a high level of attention to project costs and communicate to senior management where you feel costings may need revision.
Be adaptable with your hours to suit day to day requirements.
