It's an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow ITOM capability and helping establish a trusted source of truth for technology across the organisation.As our Senior ServiceNow ITOM Engineer, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of ITOM capabilities, driving improvements across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB and Event Management.
You'll work on complex challenges spanning cloud, infrastructure and enterprise technology environments, while influencing the way our technology teams leverage ServiceNow to improve operational visibility, resilience and automation.We're looking for someone who combines deep ServiceNow expertise with solid technical foundations and a problem-solving mindset.
You'll be trusted to lead key initiatives, solve complex platform issues, advise stakeholders across Technology and help shape the future direction of our ITOM capability.This is a highly visible specialist role where you'll work alongside ServiceNow developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure teams, architects and managed service partners.
You'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change, take ownership of enterprise-wide outcomes and broaden your exposure across the wider ServiceNow ecosystem.What You Will Be DoingLead the delivery of strategic ServiceNow ITOM initiatives, including Discovery,



Service Mapping and Event Management uplift programsDesign and implement complex Discovery patterns, Service Mapping models and integrations across hybrid cloud and infrastructure environmentsDrive CMDB maturity, data quality and governance, ensuring it becomes a trusted source of truth across TechnologyTroubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration and discovery issuesDevelop and optimise automation, workflows and integrations using JavaScript, REST APIs and MID ServersAct as a trusted advisor to cloud, infrastructure, security and architecture teams on ITOM capabilities and best practiceIdentify opportunities to improve platform performance, operational visibility and automationContribute to ServiceNow roadmap initiatives, platform standards and technical best practices across the organisationWhat You Will BringProven experience working within the ServiceNow platform, with at least 5 years focused on ITOM capabilitiesStrong expertise across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event ManagementExperience leading or delivering complex ITOM initiatives and platform uplift programsDeep understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies including Windows, Linux,
