This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and driving venue performance across all areas of the business.About Game OverGame Over is one of Australia's leading indoor entertainment businesses, operating six venues across Australia and Current Zealand.Our North Lakes venue features:Electric Go-KartingBowlingFood and Licensed BarEvery week we welcome thousands of guests through our doors for birthday parties, corporate events, family outings and social gatherings.About The RoleAs Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue while leading a team of supervisors, shift managers and frontline staff.You will be responsible for:Leading, motivating and developing a large teamDelivering exceptional guest experiencesManaging labour, productivity and venue profitabilityRecruitment,



training and staff developmentRostering and workforce planningEnsuring compliance with safety and operational proceduresDriving sales and achieving business targetsManaging customer feedback and service recoveryCreating a positive and energetic workplace cultureAbout YouWe are looking for a strong operational leader who genuinely enjoys working with people.You may currently be a:Venue ManagerOperations ManagerRetail Store ManagerHospitality ManagerExperience as a manager with QSR brands such as McDonald's, Guzman y Gomez, Grill'd, Zambrero or similar environments will be highly regarded.To be successful, you will demonstrate:Proven experience leading large teamsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilityA positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitudeExperience managing labour costs and business performanceThe ability to remain calm and effective under pressureA passion for developing and mentoring othersWhy Join Game Over?
