We're currently seeking aHuman Services Professionalto support clients in theWausau communitywho are enrolled inComprehensive Community Services (CCS)or theCommunity Support Program (CSP)through Northcentral Healthcare.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery, community-based care, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible opportunity on 2nd shift.
The schedule is anticipated to be M/T/W/F and every other weekend, 2pm-10pm.
Hours worked during evenings or on weekends include an additional $1.50/hour for time worked taking the hourly rate to $26/hour.
There is also a $**** sign on bonus!
What You'll DoProvide medication management support in homes, schools, offices, or community settings
Participate in recovery teams and contribute to service planning
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Collaborate with clients, families, and service teams to implement interventions
Apply knowledge of counseling, casework, and community resources
Testify in legal proceedings when required




Attend staff development, training, and supervision sessions
Work a flexible schedule based on client needs (evenings/weekends included)

QualificationsBachelor's degree in a human services-related field (required for CCS)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Proficient in computer systems and electronic health records
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in community environments and responding to crises
Work EnvironmentCommunity-based with daily travel throughout the Wausau area
Moderate noise level; exposure to outdoor conditions during travel
