As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team and play a critical role in supporting operational and financial performance within our Australian Entity.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, partnering with business leaders, and providing valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.About the RoleReporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for inventory accounting, product costing, management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will provide timely and accurate financial information that supports business performance while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end processes relating to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS)Perform product costing analysis and maintain costing accuracyPrepare manufacturing variance reporting and provide insightful analysis to senior leadershipCalculate and report warranty provisions in accordance with IFRS requirementsManage withholding tax reporting and royalty calculationsPrepare monthly management reports,



including budget versus actual analysisSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting processAssist with new product development costing and business case analysisMaintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policiesSupport external audit requirements and provide required documentationCalculate sales commissions accurately and efficientlyDrive process improvements and support best-practice financial management across the businessAbout YouYou are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in a manufacturing or inventory-focused environment.
You enjoy partnering with stakeholders across the business and translating financial data into actionable insights.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA qualification or working towards CPA highly regardedMinimum 5 years' experience in a Management Accountant or similar roleStrong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysisExperience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reportsStrong understanding of IFRS; exposure to US GAAP advantageousExcellent Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with ERP systems, ideally Sage X3Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsWhy Join Us?
