This role is pivotal to our continued success and positions you at the forefront of business growth within our organisation.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential leasing and property management marketDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionalsCreate and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growthBuild and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, presentations, and consultative meetingsPrepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs and objectivesMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfactionTrack and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress, and sales performanceAttend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Siebritz Real EstateSupport the onboarding of current property management clients and portfolio expansion initiativesWhat we're looking forProven track record in business development, sales, or account management within real estate, property management,
