One that is equitable and prioritises learning and wellbeing.Together we will make our education system the best it can be.When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About The RoleThe Strategic Communications Lead oversees the delivery of communications, campaigns and services to assist the Department for Education, and the state government to meet strategic objectives.This position provides strategic communications advice and support, working autonomously and collaboratively with subject matter experts and executives.
Day-to-day, the role develops and delivers strategic communications plans, marketing campaigns, content and materials for a range of internal and external channels.The Strategic Communications Lead works within a broader team that provides communications, media and online services for the department.
The incumbent will demonstrate a high level of political nous, flexibility and resilience, responding to diverse audiences and constantly changing priorities.QualificationsEssential: NILDesirable: Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing,
