The Role
This role will suit a hardworking, adaptable and proactive operator ready to lead a small crew, ideally with proven previous experience in a crushing or mineral processing environment.
Leading a close-knit crew of four, you will coordinate daily tasks and ensure the safe, efficient operation of the crushing plant, whilst safely carrying out the below duties:
Leading a small crew to achieving safety and production targetsOperation and oversight of ROM Loader, Control Room and Crushing Circuit monitoring/maintenance.Statutory Supervisor duties including Workplace inspections, shift handover and incident reporting.
About You
Reporting directly to the Crushing Supervisor this role would suit a detailed and process oriented person with experience in a Mining setting.




WA issued Statutory Supervisor S26 CertificateA strong analytical mind with the ability to problem solve, identify trends and think logically;Current and valid HR Driver's LicenseProactive in identifying and addressing issues;Strong written and verbal communication skills; andHigh degree of attention to detail.Unlimited work rights in Australia andThe ability to pass a pre-employment medical (Including Drug & Alcohol Screening).
