We are seeking an experienced Venue Coordinator for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney!

The Position:Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functionsConduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders,



floor-plans and invoicingWork co-cooperatively with the rest of the operations and kitchen teams in regard to handing over functions to ensure seamless deliveryConduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedbackWorking directly with preferred suppliers where required Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team and drive for successThe Person:Proven experience in event coordination, venue management, or a similar operational roleStrong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teamsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approachFlexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedulesKnowledge of audiovisual equipment, catering, and event technology is advantageousTHE BENEFITSPaid parental leaveMultiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go furtherEasy access to 100+ retail discountsOpportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal rolesAbove award wagesA chance to join an ecologically and socially forward operation
