With 4 new sites planned over the next 2 years the business is now looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery and become an important part of its continued growth.This isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established position and become another number.
They are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the business, build strong relationships with the team and subcontractors, and have input into how projects are delivered moving forward.For the right person, there is also the potential for future equity in the business, providing a longer-term pathway beyond the traditional Project Manager position.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take ownership of their upcoming residential pipeline, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion.You will be responsible for:Managing the delivery of 4 residential sites over the next 2 yearsOverseeing multiple projects concurrently, typically with 3–5 single dwellings under construction at any one timeManaging project programmes, budgets, procurement and overall deliveryCoordinating and maintaining relationships with an established subcontractor baseWorking closely with clients, consultants,
