rostering and scheduling functionalityInvestigate system issues and work through solutions with relevant stakeholdersReview existing processes and identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experienceAssist with system releases, upgrades and testing activitiesProduce workforce reports and provide meaningful data to support business requirementsPartner with internal teams to understand system needs and translate these into practical solutionsMaintain user guides and system documentation and provide support and training where requiredThe ideal candidateDemonstrated hands-on experience working with UKG / Kronos (2+ years)Experience supporting or administering a workforce management or HR systemStrong knowledge of time & attendance, rostering and schedulingConfidence investigating and resolving system issuesExperience with system changes, releases, upgrades or improvement projectsStrong attention to detail and confidence working with workforce dataExposure to reporting and analytics within UKG / KronosStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to confidently communicate technical concepts to everyday system usersIf you are an experienced UKG / Kronos professional looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
