About the Role
As Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30 across multiple areas of the store, taking ownership of operational standards, team performance, customer experience and commercial results.
Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees
Oversee multiple departments and all aspects of store operations
Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
Coach, develop and motivate your leadership and frontline teams
Maintain high operational, merchandising and customer service standards
Take a hands‐on approach to supporting the team and running the store
Contribute to a positive, accountable and high‐performing store culture
Skills and Experience
Proven Store Manager experience within FMCG,



big‐box or large‐format retail
Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20+ employees
Strong commercial and operational understanding
Experience managing store budgets, P&L; and profitability
A track record of developing people and improving team performance
Confident, hands‐on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
Reliable, committed and accountable approach to leadership
Strong communication and organisational skills
