About the role:Reporting to a Franchisee with a proven track record across multiple sites, you'll drive performance across several Auto Masters stores in WA and Qld, ensuring every site runs to the standard our brand is known for.
What this looks like:Bring your technical and diagnostic know-how to train, support and elevate the networkChampion the Auto Masters Quality Assurance Manual and keep every site aligned with our Operations and Administration proceduresOwn the sales and KPI targets across your network and drive them forwardMaintain and strengthen the Quality Assurance SystemEnsure every store is a safe, clean and high-performing environment for staff and customers alikeBe a proud ambassador for the Auto Masters brand and imageConduct store audits, keeping statutory requirements and licensing airtightProvide hands-on operational and training support on the AMWOS DMSGuide Manager inductions and in-store trainingSupport the network in recruiting and developing key staffUphold honesty, efficiency and quality across every system and procedure,
