Permanent Full-time PositionBased at our new Head Office in Booragoon - Free ParkingSalary Packaging up to $18,500 + Excellent Staff BenefitsAn exciting opportunity to join Rocky Bay's Training Department as a Learning and Development Administration Officer.We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to help support the face of the Rocky Bay Training Academy.About the role:Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will provide administrative and coordination support across internal and external training, workforce development and RTO operations.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers and resourcesSupport learners, trainers, customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate student, employee and training recordsCoordinate enrolments, bookings, attendance and completion requirementsSupport RTO compliance, reporting, audits and certification processesMaintain learning and student management systemsPrepare training and workforce capability reportsAssist with training-related invoicing and administrationContribute to process improvement and the effective delivery of learning programsWhat you need to have:Experience in administration, training administration or learning and developmentExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environmentHigh level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePointAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgementCurrent WA Driver's LicenceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)National Police Clearance issued within the past 3 months(willing to obtain)Proof of influenza vaccination(willing to obtain)Desirable:RTO experience and knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and AVETMISSExperience with Student Management or Learning Management SystemsExperience in disability, health,
