In this role, you will identify, cultivate, and build meaningful relationships with prospective supporters, helping them to connect personally with the Society's mission and impact.




Your ability to communicate the lasting difference a gift in a Will can make will inspire supporters to consider leaving a legacy that helps ensure the Society can continue its important work for future generations.Your ResponsibilityIdentify, cultivate and manage a pipeline of confirmed bequestors and potential benefactorsCoordinate the Gifts in Wills biannual conversion mailing, digital acquisition campaigns, telemarketing follow up with appointed agencyCollaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Direct Marketing and Communications teamsMaintain timely and accurate records in the CRM database and produce reportsSupport the Gifts in Wills & Estates Manager in developing the biannual supporter survey.You Will NeedRelevant qualifications in marketing or business; experience in Gifts in Wills or similar donor development role.Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing practices and procedures for stewardship and growth of Gifts in Wills donors.Demonstrated skill in the implementation of initiatives throug project and operational coordinationExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skillsNSW Driver LicenceWe offer:Supportive Team – Join a welcoming,
