Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance and complete peace of mind.What You Will DoReceive customer calls relating to breakdown and recovery of Scania vehiclesSupport the customer through the process to a successful conclusion, continuously inform and keep all parties updatedAdministrate Scania Assistance cases from the customers' first call to closing the caseCommunicate with repair workshops and all parties involved to ensure the customer is mobile within reasonable timescalesRosterThis is a 4 week rotating roster, 3 days on, 2 days off.
1 week 50 hours, the follow week 30 hours - 80 hour fortnight.
