This is a 4 day week role on a contract until July ****.Ward 6C is a 30 bed medical ward predominately caring for oncology patient's and patients requiring end of life care.
The 6C staff are a supportive and caring team, who are focused on patient centred care but also work as a team and foster a strong team culture.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following CriteriaHolds AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse AND holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to practice safe nursing care and knowledge of policies and clinical practice guidelines.Demonstrated commitment to evidence based practice, continuous quality improvement and risk management.For role related queries or questions contact Mel Sese, Nurse Unit Manager on This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
