You'll welcome guests, build meaningful rapport, identify sales opportunities, and generate qualified leads by booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.What You'll DoProactively engage owners and guests face-to-face and over the phone to identify sales opportunities and generate high-quality leadsBuild genuine rapport with prospective customers, uncover their travel interests and needs, and create interest in our product.Qualify prospective customers against agreed criteria and connect suitable leads with the Sales teamDrive bookings in-person Sales Centre presentations through confident and engaging conversationsFollow up with prospective customers to maximise appointment attendance and conversion opportunitiesManage lead activity, appointment bookings and customer information accurately within required systemsWork closely with Sales and Resort Operations teams to maintain a strong pipeline and deliver a seamless customer journeyConsistently achieve individual and team targets across lead generation, qualification, bookings,
