Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of residential properties, with portfolio size based on your experienceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication and exceptional customer serviceCoordinating maintenance requests and liaising with owners, tenants and contractorsConducting routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspectionsManaging lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears and tenancy matters in accordance with legislationWorking closely with our Leasing and Property Management teams to deliver a seamless client experienceUtilising industry-leading systems and technology to manage your portfolio efficientlyContributing to a positive, collaborative team culture while continually developing your skills and knowledge
