Store locations: Southport, Broadbeach, Brisbane CBD, South BankEmployment Type: Full-timeThis role requires regular travel between five store locations.RoleAs an Assistant F&B; Manager, you will support the F&B; Executive with the day-to-day operations of our five stores, with a strong focus on customer experience, team performance, food and beverage quality, and operational standards.You will support the F&B; Executive in overseeing multi-site operations, working closely with Store Managers and Team Leaders to maintain consistent standards, support team performance, and deliver a positive experience for both customers and staff.This is a hands-on role that requires regular store visits and the flexibility to step in and support the team when needed.ResponsibilitiesAssist the F&B; Executive with coordinating the day-to-day operations of all five stores and provide hands-on support at each location as requiredVisit stores regularly to check customer service, F&B; quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall operations, and address any issues identifiedReview reports submitted by Store Managers and Team Leaders, identify key issues, and ensure required actions are followed upProvide operational guidance to Store Managers and Team Leaders and help resolve day-to-day store issuesWork alongside team members when needed and provide practical coaching on customer service,



food and beverage quality, and operating proceduresCheck that opening and closing procedures, company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements are consistently followedMonitor stock, wastage, equipment, and maintenance needs and coordinate follow-up actionsReview customer feedback, identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, and help enhance the customer experience across all storesAssist with the implementation of current products, promotions, training programs, and operational changes across all storesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in F&B;, hospitality, or a similar operational environmentHands-on barista experience and good coffee knowledgeExperience supporting or leading a teamA strong customer-service mindsetClear communication and practical problem-solving skillsA proactive, organised, and hands-on approachAbility to work across multiple locations and manage changing prioritiesFlexibility to travel regularly between all five storesFull Australian working rightsHighly RegardedPrevious experience in a supervisory or management roleExperience supporting multiple stores or teamsExperience coaching, training, or onboarding team membersKnowledge of rostering, labour management, and operational planning
