You'll be the first line of support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system and other key applications that keep our 30+ stores running.
Working with the IT team, you'll provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation that directly enables our business to scale.What You'll DoProvide Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O; and other key applicationsLog, track, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as neededAssist in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasksSupport users with application functionality, training, and documentationRun standard SQL queries and reports to assist in issue resolutionWork with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes and updatesParticipate in small enhancements and configuration changes in D365 F&OSupport; system testing,
