This full-time, site-based role reports to the Facility Manager and ensures staffing for day, afternoon and night shifts, delivering operational stability for residents and families.You will lead rostering across direct, contracting and labour hire staff, partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage in office communications, training for the timekeeping system,
