customer-focused Business Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into results.You will work closely with the Sales Team to maximise every opportunity, provide customers with exceptional finance and insurance solutions, and deliver an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery.This is a role for someone who is commercially driven, competitive and motivated to earn, but who also understands that long-term success comes from building trust with customers and the team.We are looking for someone who has:Proven experience and success as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business ManagerA strong sales and results-driven mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experienceStrong attention to detail, process and complianceExcellent time management and organisational skillsThe confidence to work closely with Sales Consultants and drive finance penetrationA positive, team-focused attitudeExperience with ERA, FinanceConnect & LeadDriver is advantageous, but not essential.Your roleYou will be responsible for:Maximising finance, insurance and warranty opportunitiesWorking closely with the Sales Team to close salesManaging customer finance applications from enquiry through to settlementBuilding strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experienceAchieving and exceeding Finance & Insurance KPIsMaintaining high standards of compliance and documentationContributing to a high-performance, positive team culture
