Casual Medical Receptionist Townsville GP SuperclinicTownsville GP Superclinic is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist for our busy General Practice on Charters Towers Road, Hyde Park.
Previous Healthcare industry experience preferable, however hospitality Reception/Administration or Customer Service skills suit also.
Roster shifts during clinic opening hours between 6.30am and 6pm and Thursdays can be rostered for our opening until 9.45pm.
Flexibility is required.
Additional shifts for some rotational weekends, hours between 8.30am and 6pm is also required.Duties include, but are not limited to:Answering incoming calls, busy switchboard and qualified emailsBooking appointments on health-based software, assisting patients with enquiries and kiosk check inMeeting and greeting clientele in a friendly mannerGeneral cleaning and upkeep of practice areas, following strict infection control requirements, stock take and restocking of suppliesScreening of presenting patientLiaising with Allied Health and other service providers (specialists, aged care to assist with patient care management)Willingness to learn, be directed and follow proceduresDealing with patient enquiries, delays and rescheduling,
