As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team across Abbot Point and other Bowen sites.This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will be responsible for both cleaning duties and site supervision, ensuring service excellence, strong team performance, and positive client relationships.Perform hands‐on commercial cleaning duties as part of daily operationsConduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits to maintain quality standardsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagementSupervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service deliveryManage site rostering and assist with staff scheduling and coverageMonitor and manage stock, consumables, ordering, and site suppliesAssist with administrative duties including timesheets, payroll sign-off, and reportingRespond promptly to client requests, feedback,
