This role suits someone who takes real pride in their craft and is looking to settle into a position long-term, becoming the person the team turns to and relies on day in, day out.Based on a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana workshop, as part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the team's success.Your primary responsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentationAssist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute takingLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare reports, correspondence,



and presentations as requiredEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety protocolsSupport the team with general administrative tasks as neededComplete manual payroll process efficiently and with accuracyPurchasing, receipting and costingYou will set the standard for professional behaviour, embracing diversity, showing initiative, and championing our values in everything you do.What is Required?
Our ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a Mining or Marine workplace.Previous experience in an administrative or similar roleStrong communication and organisational skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)High level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in a workshop, engineering, or industrial environment (desirable)Adaptable, attention to detail, and strong communication skillsAustralian work rights.Kwinana Workshop and Logistics HubLocated south of Perth, the Kwinana Workshop is the largest facility of its kind in Western Australia and undertakes the fabrication of mining and processing plants as well as fixed and mobile equipment maintenance.
