you'll oversee kitchen installation projects from check measure through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:Conducting site check measures and confirming project details.Coordinating installation schedules and trades.Managing multiple projects simultaneously.Building robust relationships with customers and installers.Resolving site issues and ensuring projects stay on track.Maintaining accurate documentation and project records.Delivering exceptional customer outcomes.What We're Looking ForYou will ideally have:A Cabinetmaking trade qualification or extensive kitchen installation experienceAt least 5 years' experience within the kitchen industryStrong attention to detail and technical knowledgeWell-developed communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence using business systems and standard office softwarePrevious management experience is not essential.
