Full-time | Harrisdale and Forrestdale CampusesWorking as part of the ICT team, you will be one of the first points of contact for day-to-day technology support across the College.
The role is primarily based across our Harrisdale and Forrestdale campuses, with occasional work at our Canning Vale office where required.Your responsibilitiesProviding technical support to staff and studentsTroubleshooting common hardware, software and device issuesInstalling, configuring and maintaining ICT hardware, software and peripheralsLogging and managing support requests through our ITSM systemCoordinating device repairs and liaising with suppliers where requiredEscalating more complex technical issues to senior ICT staffContributing to improvements in the way we deliver ICT supportAbout youWe're looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and enjoys helping others with technology.A Certificate I, II or III in Information Technology, relevant entry‐level industry certification, or equivalent practical experienceFoundational knowledge of Mac,



iOS and Chrome operating systemsAn ability to troubleshoot routine technical issues and know when to ask for helpGood written and verbal communication skillsA strong customer service mindsetA willingness to learn and continue developing your technical skillsPrevious experience in an ICT helpdesk, technical support or customer service environment would be an advantageSomeone who can work positively with staff and students and contribute to a collaborative ICT teamWhy Carey?
