Working closely with senior stakeholders locally and globally, you will play a pivotal role in the governance, oversight and ongoing management of a portfolio of delegated authority arrangements and MGA partnerships.
The position sits at the intersection of insurance operations, governance, risk oversight and stakeholder management, offering broad exposure across the insurance value chain.About the RoleAs Delegated Authority Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the delegated authority operating model, ensuring robust governance, oversight and performance across external insurance partners.Key responsibilities include:Managing delegated authority and MGA relationships throughout the full partnership lifecycleSupporting onboarding, due diligence and ongoing oversight activitiesCoordinating governance, monitoring and assurance frameworks across third-party partnersFacilitating risk assessments and maintaining an effective control environmentOverseeing complaints management processes,



including engagement with relevant dispute resolution bodies where requiredCoordinating agency audits and monitoring remediation activitiesDriving adherence to regulatory obligations, internal standards and governance requirementsProducing management information, dashboards and performance reporting to support decision makingPartnering with local and international stakeholders to continuously improve operating model effectivenessSupporting initiatives that strengthen underwriting governance, partner oversight and operational excellence.About YouYou may come from an underwriting agency, insurer, reinsurer or broader insurance environment and bring experience working with delegated authority arrangements, underwriting operations, governance or oversight frameworks.To be successful, you will possess:Experience within insurance, reinsurance, underwriting agencies or delegated authority environmentsStrong knowledge of MGA, agency or delegated authority operating modelsExperience in governance, operational oversight, risk, audit or insurance operationsExposure to complaints management and regulatory requirements within the insurance sectorStrong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilityExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.
