keeping production running efficiently and coordinating the grading team.What you'll doOperate and adjust the Moba egg graderMonitor production and make machine adjustmentsCoordinate and supervise grading floor staffFollow QA, food safety and WHS proceduresComplete basic production and stock reconciliationsCommunicate production requirements with the teamWhat we're looking for...We're interested in candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Food Production Operator, Processing Operator or Team Leader.You'll need to be:Reliable and hardworkingComfortable working around machineryConfident in a fast-paced production environmentStrong with basic maths and attention to detailComfortable coordinating a teamMoba experience is highly desirable, but relevant machinery/production experience will be considered.
