AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager across our vacation rental properties in the designated market.
You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest and owner concerns while travelling within the market.You must reside within a short drive of AvantStay properties and be available to travel in-market.
Role includes leading in-market teams, training staff, and ensuring service standards and timely resolutions.
