About the Role
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced Service Team to learn all aspects of the Service Advisor role.
You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing experience.
Your responsibilities will include:




Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly mannerBooking service appointments and managing customer enquiriesLiaising with technicians regarding service and repair requirementsKeeping customers updated on the progress of their vehiclePreparing service documentation and invoicesLearning dealership systems and processesDelivering a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong willingness to learnEnjoys working with customers and building relationshipsPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs organised, reliable and able to multitaskHas positive computer skills and attention to detailPresents professionally and takes pride in their workHolds a valid driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous customer service, retail or administration experience will be highly regarded, but no automotive experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
