Our team manages and executes large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety and leave a lasting positive legacy in the communities we engage with.What You'll DoWe're looking for an Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Adelaide Mining team.
This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of small to medium sustaining capital projects, supporting existing mining and processing operations across Australia.You'll enjoy a varied workload, strong client exposure, and the chance to work alongside experienced engineers across multiple disciplines,



helping deliver projects from feasibility through to detailed design and execution.Deliver electrical engineering solutions for mining and mineral processing facilitiesSupport the design and execution of sustaining capital, plant upgrade, and brownfields projectsPrepare design documentation, calculations, technical reports, scopes of work, and specificationsContribute to power distribution, motor control, plant electrical systems, and infrastructure projectsParticipate in site visits, inspections, commissioning activities, and stakeholder workshopsWork closely with mechanical, process, structural, civil, and project delivery teamsEngage directly with clients to understand operational requirements and develop practical engineering solutionsAssist in managing project scope, schedules, and deliverablesAbout YouDegree qualifications in Electrical EngineeringApproximately 5-10 years of experience within mining, resources, energy, or heavy industryExperience delivering electrical designs for operational facilities and capital projectsKnowledge of Australian standards and industry best practicesExposure to power systems, industrial electrical infrastructure, and plant environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationshipsA proactive approach with a focus on practical problem-solving and project deliveryWhy WSP?
