In this role you'll lead asset management activities to support activities across process improvements, asset management strategies, contractual obligations based on emerging business needs.You'll take ownership and lead the creation of processes and governing of compliance across asset handover from Projects whilst ensuring BAU activities are aligned as part of Asset Management Strategy and framework.This is a full-time role based out of our Collins Street office.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve asset management processes, systems, and governance frameworks aligned with organisational strategy, contractual obligations and business requirementsYou'll lead business analysis activities by facilitating workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, identifying process gaps and developing practical solutions to drive operational improvementsYou'll champion continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities for change and leading the implementation of sustainable process and system enhancementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders,
influencing outcomes and effectively managing expectations across all levels of the organisationProvide subject matter expertise across our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) asset management systems, ensuring accurate asset registration, data integrity, traceability and effective utilisation of the capability offered by these systemsLeverage strong business acumen, initiative and problem-solving capability to translate complex business challenges into practical, value-driven solutions that support strategic and operational objectivesQualificationsTertiary qualification in an Information Technology or Engineering discipline.Experience working with Asset Management systems, processes and technologiesDemonstrated experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and information managementCommunicate with influence with a range of different stakeholders across a multi-disciplinary organisationExperience in an Asset Intensive industryStrong business acumen and technical background to provide services and implement process and system changes across business areasHave developing and delivering improvement programsExperience writing and co-ordinating the development of procedural documentationThis role will close on the 31st of August ****, screening will commence prior to that.Metro is committed to making reasonable adjustments to provide a positive, barrier-free recruitment process for candidates with specific access needs.
