You'll lead high-performing teams, manage the details, and make sure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.What you'll be doingManaging projects end-to-end, from day one through to final sign-offSetting up project schedules, managing budgets, and handling procurementManaging subcontractors, contract admin, and regular project reportingMaking sure all work hits quality standards, specs,



and contract requirementsKeeping a close eye on project finances and bottom-line performanceKeeping safety (WHS&E;) and risk management top of mindBuilding solid working relationships with clients, consultants, and subbiesMentoring and leading your project teamWhat we're looking forRelevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar5+ years of experience delivering commercial fitout and refurb projects as a Project ManagerExperience in Health or Tertiary Education projects is a major plusSolid commercial skills, particularly around budgeting and cost controlStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsGood grasp of buildability, construction methods, risk, and site safetyProven experience mentoring and bringing out the best in a team
