You'll be the friendly voice guests hear first, and a key part of how we deliver exceptional dining experiences from the very first phone call.Working closely with our Reservations & Group Bookings Manager, you'll help keep our booking system running smoothly and make sure every guest feels looked after before they've even walked through the door.What You'll Be DoingManaging reservations and enquiries across both venues via phone and OpenTableCoordinating group bookings and special requests with care and attention to detailWorking closely with our Reservations & Group Bookings Manager to keep things running seamlesslyBeing a helpful, professional first point of contact for our guestsSolving problems on the fly with a positive, solutions-focused approachAssisting with booking reports for each venueWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar reservations or guest-service role within hospitalityHands-on experience using OpenTable is preferred (or similar booking system)A polished phone manner and confident, clear communication skillsA can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving under pressureSomeone reliable,
