Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Law Paralegal to join our team.
About the Role
You will work closely with our lawyers across a range of Queensland personal injury matters, including:
WorkCover claimsPublic liability claimsTotal and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing files from commencement through to settlementLiaising with clients, insurers, medical providers and barristersPreparing correspondence and legal documentsObtaining medical records, clinical notes and other evidenceDrafting court and pre-court documentationDiary management and monitoring critical limitation datesAssisting lawyers with conferences, mediations and litigationGeneral file management and administrative support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a personal injury law paralegal in QueenslandExperience in one or more areas of CTP, WorkCover,



public liability or TPD claimsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your workExperience using legal practice management software (Actionstep experience is advantageous but not essential)
