October start.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Leading Hands/Supervisors to lead our close-knit, high-performing team, delivering effective and compliant structural remediation and maintenance services to the onsite Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP).
Your responsibilities will include:Supervising works to ensure all is completed to the client and company specificationsLeading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverablesLiaising with Linkforce clients and site-based personnelPlanning and scheduling work and labour requirementsMonitoring progress against the work scheduleLeading by example on the tools, promoting safety, quality workmanship,



and productive workEnsuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEQ standards and proceduresWhat You'll NeedWe are looking for qualified and safety-focused Supervisors and Leadiong Hands who thrive in fast-paced shutdown and maintenance environments.Essential:Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in Shutdown as Leading Hand or SupervisorHeavy Fabrication or Mechanical Fitting trade qualification (AU/NZ recognised)G1/8/9 (previously S1/2/3) & G2 supervisor competenciesWorking at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)Current Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)BMA Core Inductions or SC Number is Highly AdvantageousCurrent Australian Driver's Licence - C class minimumClear communication and people skillsAbility to work effectively with site management and clientsAn uncompromising commitment to workplace health and safetyWhy Join Linkforce?
