We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Consultant to join our Sydney team on a max-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from mid-September **** to 30 June ****.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting workplace, partnering with local and international clients, and delivering practical HR and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
As an HR Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients across:
HR advisory and employee relations mattersEmployment contracts, policies and HR documentationHR compliance and Fair Work-related obligationsEnd-to-end recruitment and talent acquisitionEmployer of Record (EOR)



employee managementClient relationship management and stakeholder engagementImmigration and workforce mobility coordinationWorkforce planning and organisational development initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and EnglishPrevious experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting or RecruitmentStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships
