Our goal is to become the top renewable engineering and delivery contractor in the market, and we believe that our in-house engineering and design capabilities, combined with our expertise in project delivery and O&M;, give us a strong competitive edge.We're actively pursuing project opportunities in Solar, BESS, and Wind, as well as hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia projects.As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator - Electrical to join our team.About The RoleThe Senior Electrical Estimator plays a critical role in delivering accurate, competitive, and commercially sound electrical estimates.
You'll lead estimating activities from tender allocation through to submission, working closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams to support winning bids.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and delivery of accurate electrical cost estimatesDevelop direct and indirect cost estimates using UGL estimating systemsCoordinate with engineering, commercial,
and delivery teams during tendersEngage suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing and technical inputsPrepare tender submissions and present estimates to internal stakeholdersSupport client meetings, post‐tender clarifications, and bid reviewsReview estimates prepared by other estimators and support continuous improvementHandover awarded projects to delivery teams to ensure estimating continuityYour Skills & ExperienceExtensive estimating experience in electrical or energy projectsStrong background across renewables, utilities, or infrastructure projectsProven experience delivering estimates in competitive tender environmentsSolid understanding of electrical scopes, project costs, and risk assessmentStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsDegree or Diploma in Engineering (desirable)Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
