If successful, you will ensure that they gain suitableemployment opportunities within an appropriate time frame, and willnegotiate, monitor and review the delivery of employment supportservices for clients.
This involves the case management of a caseload of job seekers, reverse marketing candidates, job searchtraining and supporting employers as they take on candidates whoare from a CALD background.Some case management or client liaison experience,including working with people who are Refugees and AsylumSeekers or are from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse(CALD) background, and an understanding of the challenges theymay faceA current valid Driver Licence will be required for thisroleA current Working With Children Check (Employee)A working knowledge and understanding of employment supportservices, for clients from a CALD background or refugee andasylum seeker cohorts, and the challenges they faceDemonstrated knowledge of current labour market trendsDemonstrated record of success in placement of job seekersinto employment or experience in a similar roleDemonstrated ability to provide comprehensive job seekerassessment, identifying barriers to employment and preparingindividual career or job plansProven ability to motivate clients,
