Guided by the Partner and the senior team around you, you will have the training, mentoring and guidance to build strong foundations and grow your career at a pace that works for you.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerTake the lead in preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsPrepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsPrepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliationsBe coached directly by an experienced Partner with the aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clientsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsHelp provide an exceptional service to our clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsOffer support and training to junior team membersAbout YouAt least 1 year of experience in an Accounting PracticeWorking towards your Chartered Accountant qualification, or keen to get startedA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarComfortable with accounting software, such as APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooksA confident communicator, both written and verbalNaturally organised with a great eye for detailWarm, customer-focused and positive in your approachGenuinely care about doing great work for your clientsProactive, self-motivated and always happy to pitch inExcited to keep learning and growing your career
